Our Concord, NC facility features:
- Reactor vessels from 150 gallons to 6,500 gallons, allowing us to handle everything from small-batch pilot runs to full-scale production.
- A 25 HP Eppenbach mixer and multiple mixing vessels up to 6,000 gallons for consistent, homogeneous blending.
- Over 122,000 gallons of fully contained storage for raw materials and finished products.
Our Calhoun, GA facility expands our capacity with:
- Large-scale reactors, including dual 6,600-gallon pressure reactors.
- Multiple mixing tanks ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 gallons.
- Nearly 188,000 gallons of secured storage capacity.

Our Specialized Focus Areas

- Surfactant Systems: We have a long history as a leader in surfactant technology, producing amide oxides, sulfosuccinamates, betaines and phosphate esters for foam stabilization, wetting and emulsification.
- Polymer & Foaming Agents: We develop and manufacture an extensive line of acrylic, EVA and styrene butadiene polymer foaming agents and stabilizers specifically for the carpet and textile industries.
- Adhesives and Coatings: We produce a wide array of water-based, starch-based and PVA-based adhesives and coatings, engineered for specific requirements like “quick tack,” moisture resistance and viscosity stability.
- Specialty Chemical Synthesis: Our capabilities include complex processes like specialty sulfation, allowing us to create tailored surfactants by modifying organic alcohols to meet highly specific customer requirements.
